In order to protect the rights of paid subscribers (“Paid Subscriptions” or “You”), please read this service agreement (“Agreement”) in full before using the Service. Minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian to read this Agreement. Your subscription and use of the Service shall be deemed to mean that you have read and voluntarily accepted all of the contents of this Service Agreement, that is, you have reached an agreement with the MeetSummer Platform and voluntarily accept all of the contents of this Agreement.
Article 1 Acceptance and amendment of the Service Agreement
1.1 The content of this agreement includes the body of the agreement, the various rules that have been released or may be released/updated in the future by the MeetSummer platform. All rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text of this Agreement. If there is any conflict between the main text of this Agreement and the aforementioned rules, the main text of this Agreement shall prevail. Unless otherwise expressly stated, your use of the Continuous Subscription Service is governed by this Agreement.
1.2 If this Agreement and the related Terms of Service are revised due to business development, the MeetSummer platform will be announced on the official platform. You can check the latest version of the Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms and conditions, you may choose to terminate your use of the Continuous Subscription Service. If you continue to use the service, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised agreement.
Article 2 Service Description
2.1 Provided that you have subscribed the Service, you irrevocably authorize MeetSummer platform to entrust Apple (“Apple” in this Agreement refers to Apple Inc. and its affiliates) payment channels to debit the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from your Apple ID bound to MeetSummer when the paid subscription period is about to expire.
2.2 Auto-renewal: A method of charging the subscription fee for the next billing cycle through the Apple payment channel as described in Article 2.1, and crediting the payment to the paid subscription payment record and extending the validity of the paid subscription accordingly. You will be responsible for any failure to renew the subscription due to insufficient balance in the above mentioned account (including but not limited to termination of paid subscription service, inability to participate in paid subscription activities, etc.).
2.3 By choosing Apple Payment Channel to enjoy the Service, you shall be deemed to have agreed that Apple Payment Channel will issue debit instructions and that Apple Payment Channel can debit the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from the above account without verifying your account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information.
Article 3 Continuous Subscription Usage Rules
3.1 If you subscribe this service, you are deemed to have authorized the MeetSummer platform to deduct the subscription fee for one month’s billing cycle from your Apple ID balance when your subscription to the MeetSummer platform is about to expire, and the specific deduction point is 24 hours before the expiration of each billing cycle.
3.2 In the event of any error in the deduction process, MeetSummer Platform and you shall cooperate closely to identify the cause and each party shall bear the loss caused by its own fault; if the loss is caused by the uneven fault of each party, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of fault; if both parties are jointly responsible, both parties shall share the responsibility equally.
3.3 After you choose to use the Service, unless you choose to terminate the Service, the automatic deduction of your commission to the MeetSummer Platform is irrevocable and the fees deducted by the MeetSummer Platform based on the Service under the payment method you choose when you subscribe the auto-renewal service will not be refunded in any way to the fees paid by you.
3.4 If the price of the paid monthly, quarterly or annual subscription service of the MeetSummer Platform is adjusted before the auto-renewal date, the MeetSummer Platform will announce the modification on the relevant page before the deduction, and the price will be deducted according to the currently valid price.
3.5 The MeetSummer platform will not charge you any handling fee for subscribing this service, but the MeetSummer platform has the right to decide whether to charge or adjust the automatic renewal period and fee according to the business needs or market changes, etc., and will announce it on the relevant page.
3.6 The service provided to you by the MeetSummer Platform is limited to your use in the MeetSummer Platform. Any use of the paid subscription service by malicious cracking and other illegal means to avoid renewal constitutes a violation of this Agreement. The perpetrator shall be responsible for all legal consequences arising therefrom, and the MeetSummer platform will pursue the legal responsibility of the perpetrator in accordance with the law.
Article 4 Suspension, Interruption and Termination of Services
4.1 Unless otherwise notified or announced by the MeetSummer Platform, the Services shall be effective for a long period of time. This Agreement shall be effective from the time you choose to accept or use the Service until the time you terminate the Service or cancel your paid subscription.
4.2 The MeetSummer Platform shall have the right to immediately terminate the Services to you without liability to you or any third party for any of the following circumstances.
(1) It is confirmed by the effective legal documents of the state administrative or judicial organs that you are in violation of law or infringement, or the MeetSummer Platform, based on its own judgment, considers that your behavior is suspected of violating the content of this Agreement or the content of the rules of use and other rules published by the MeetSummer Platform from time to time, or suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations.
(2) Your conduct interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of the MeetSummer Platform.
(3) The MeetSummer Platform believes that there are significant risks in providing the Services to you.
4.3 The MeetSummer Platform may choose to suspend, discontinue and discontinue the Services for reasons such as its own business decisions. In the event that such circumstances arise, the MeetSummer Platform will notify you by way of an announcement.
4.4 You have the right to choose to terminate the Service at any time on the relevant page of the MeetSummer Platform, and after such termination, the MeetSummer Platform will cease to provide the Service to you.
Termination method:
Please manually select “Settings” of your Apple device –> enter “iTunes Store and App Store” –> select “Apple ID”, select “View Apple ID”, enter “Account Settings” page, select “Subscriptions”, and select “MeetSummer Platform”. You can cancel your subscription if you have a continuous subscription. If you do not close your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, this subscription will automatically renew.
4.5 The instruction to automatically renew the subscription before you choose to terminate the service is still valid, and once the payment is successfully deducted, it will not be refunded and the next billing cycle of the subscription will be subscribed for you.
Article 5 Other Agreements
5.1 Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and shall exclude the application of all conflict of laws provisions. In the event of a dispute, you and the MeetSummer Platform agree to submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its current and valid arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. The costs of arbitration shall be borne by the losing party.
5.2 Failure to exercise, failure to exercise in a timely manner or failure to fully exercise the rights provided for in this Agreement or in accordance with the law shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights and shall not affect the exercise of such rights by the MeetSummer Platform in the future.
